Our annual carol singing event at Oxford Circus tube station is our biggest single fundraiser in the year. This year we have the perfect date: Friday 6th December 2019. As usual, the event will run from 3pm to 8pm and we need as many volunteers as possible to sing, play instruments and shake buckets. Note that the event is down in the booking hall, so underground and protected from the weather!

PLEASE SIGN UP IF YOU CAN BY EMAILING m@maggiehindley.org and indicating the time slot you will be able to help with. Many thanks

A reminder that on 7th January 2020 we will be holding our annual speaker meeting. We are delighted to have the Bishop of London, The Rt Revd and Rt Hon Dame Sarah Mullally DBE, as our keynote speaker. The title of her talk will be: 'An uncomfortable challenge: London’s destitute asylum-seekers'

The meeting will be at St James' Piccadilly, by kind permission of the Rector, Revd Lucy Winkett, which is very appropriate as that church has a long record of helping and campaigning for refugees and asylum seekers. Timing will be 6pm refreshments for a 6.30 start but we'll remind you of that nearer the time!
